How is this different from a generalist IT or software agency?
We only take on AI and automation work, and only one workflow at a time. We won't propose an ERP migration, a mobile app, or a website rebuild — if that's what you need, we'll say so and point you elsewhere.
Do you work with companies that don't have an in-house tech team?
Yes — most of our conversations start with someone who isn't technical, describing a workflow that's slow or manual. Part of the job is translating that into something buildable, and explaining it back in plain language once it exists.
What happens to our data?
We build against your existing systems and only touch the data needed for the specific workflow in scope. Exact data-handling terms are agreed as part of the proposal before any build starts.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends entirely on the workflow — that's part of what the discovery call and scoped proposal are for. We'd rather give you an honest estimate for your specific case than a generic number that doesn't hold up.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, if you want it. Some clients prefer a clean handover with documentation; others want us on retainer as the workflow evolves. Both are on the table.
